When does Four Amigos Beloved Community Open?
We anticipate the community top open in January 2025! If we are delayed for any reason, we will ensure everyone is aware of the delay.
What is the typical move-in costs?
Application fee, Deposit, Pet deposit (if applicable) and 1st month's rent.
What’s the Application Fee?
Our application fee is a non-refundable $25 per person over the age of 18.
Who is required to apply?
Everyone who plans to live in the apartment is required to be on the application and lease. This includes dependents.
Whats a Holding Fee?
The $150 Holding Fee is what we use to hold a specific unit for you while you continue to go through the compliance process. Once you move in, this money will be applied towards your move-in costs. If you end up not renting with us and you already paid a holding fee, it is no longer refundable.
How long does it take to hear back after I apply?
At this time, we are looking at 3-6 business days before someone from our team will reach out to either (a) ask for more information (b) inform you of your approval to continue to the next process, or (c) reason for the denied application.
What does AMI stand for?
Area Median Income: The midpoint of a region's income distribution, where half of families earn more than the median and half earn less. AMI is used by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to determine eligibility for housing programs.
Does this property have Income restrictions?
Yes, we do. Four Amigos Beloved Community requires all residents to either qualify under the 30%, 50% or 60% AMI requirement. See those income restrictions <a href="/faq/#affordable_qualifications">here</a>.
I want a lower AMI apartment; how do I ensure I get one?
We will do our best to assign you an apartment that fits your requests but depending on availability, we may only have higher AMI apartments remaining.
Is there a minimum income requirement?
Yes, 2.0 x the rent.
How much is rent?
All our units very in price depending on unit size. Look at our "floor plans" page for more information.
Do all of the apartments have dishwashers?
No, 1-bedroom units do not have dishwashers.
Are you Pet Friendly?

Are Section 8 Vouchers and subsidized housing vouchers accepted?
Yes!
Is renters’ insurance required?
No, but we highly suggest all our residents to have renters’ insurance, even though it's not required.
What utilities are included with rent?
Water, Sewer, and garage are included, Tenants are responsible for electricity and internet if needed.
